The floral world is awash in incomprehensibly diverse beauty, a reality which persists even until death. As petals elegantly fold and dance, new stories are told. For Momentary Vitality I have flowers scanned a few times an hour to make time-lapse videos of them drying up; a wholly unique art form. Currently I am working with the National Film Board of Canada on an interactive incarnation of this project. Stay tuned!
